Rapid UX designs for B2B Customer portal
My team was tasked with helping to develop a business-to-business customer portal for Australia Post. Our team included developers, business analysts and testers, and I was Frontend talent brought in to help the client visualise various options and information architecture scenarios on site.

Working under pressure, with the analysts and devs, I rapidly produced a series of UX wireframes to illustrate to the client what their nebulous portal might actually look like and what features it would include. As with any UX document these became a useful tool for everyone around which to base their discussions.
